the most grusome way to die possably is to be shoved into a paper shredder and then baked into a cake and then sent to metal sonic's best friend :D
P.S. putting a time bomb in the cake is absolutly necassery.

You know what i did recognize in most Sonic Arcade games? When you're near the end of the game, you always have an amount of time to complete/defeat the stage/boss! If time runs out, all your coins was a complete waste!
Two examples: This game, and SegaSonic the Hedgehog: Trap Island (if that's the game's name)

does the barrier make it so you take less damage? i cant figure out what it does

It fully blocks an attack unless the attack does a great amount of damage. In which case, the barrier breaks with no damage done.
