I've already Jailbroken (Untethered) 3 4S's on iOS 5.0.1, and one 3GS, also on 5.0.1 with no difficulties using GreenPois0n's Absinthe Jailbreaker. Worked flawlessly on all but 1 device which was one of the 4S's. All I had to do was run the Absinthe Jailbreak again though, and it worked the second time. I highly recommend downloading it and using that. Incredibly simple break.
