How stupid are you? Bush never had anything under control. If he did, why were we still fighting in Afghanistan in 2008 prior to Obama's election, seven years after beginning the war there? The US pulled back in 2002, declaring "victory" and the enemy just regrouped and got stronger while Bush wasted time and troops in Iraq. You're as stupid as he is.
