Will a more expensive Martin guitar like this, sound better than a cheaper Martin guitar like for example OM-1GT, or will the main difference be that it has a nicer finish? Thnx!

ahh great guitar, trying to figure out that song in the background being played, figured out the first little bit but is there a name to this song? or is it just someone messing about with the guitar, possibly a tab? good stuff though sounds great

That is actually a very talented guy that used to work right here with us. The song is an original work of his. His name is Will Mcmorran and you can find him on myspace.

There will always be some sound difference between guitars, even if the guitars are all the same model. You can hear in our different Martin videos how different each guitar,even similar models, can sound from each other. All the guitars were recorded with the same mic and mic placement. The differences in guitars of the same model, such as the John Mayer model, would be very minute.
