  • Excellent playing! How would you rate and compare the Morgan 32 to the Gibson RJ? I know there is a massive price difference but sound wise is it worth adding a Morgan alongside an RJ as part of a collection?

  • The value of the expensive guitar is that it has more range in its tones, is richer and fuller when played in different styles. I like the Morgan Munroe for its bluesy tone - it doesn't have great depth of tone - but it is great value and well made; nice wood and great finish, if you have a couple of hundred to spare I think it's a good buy.

  • Nice! Is that an El-00 Gibson? Looks simular to your RJ L1 onley with 14 frets outside the box instead of twelve? Nice guitar!

  • No, it's quite similar to the Epiphone EL-00, but it's a Morgan Munroe Blues 32 which is a very inexpensive guitar. Most guitars seem to sound much fuller when tuned to an open chord, and the Blues 32 is a very good to strum.

  • A nice way of doing KC (tuned to an A chord?). You play it very well & it all fits together beautifully! Thanks for posting.

  • That was excellent! Natural vocals, fine guitar sound. You have a great feel for that song.
