Whoever's Playing the Cowboys

I think I might like them better now that I'm back in Texas. I wrote this a dozen years ago, as they were getting ready to play the Superbowl 1996, and fans in NE Oklahoma where I lived at the time were really getting crazy! That's why I wrote it: in retaliation for a bunch of slobbering drunks I was hanging out with. Glad that's behind me! These are photos from the 2007 season, which wasn't too bad at all.

We do. If you know anything about Eagle fans, we do not stand for bullshit. Opposing teams think they have it tough here, we're harder on our own team than on anyone else. You can't protest at the box office because we have a 60 year waiting list for season tickets. We're at the mercy of these fools.

Sadly, you're probably right. I wish we had your owner. Jones goes for it and doesn't give a fuck. Lurie pinches every penny and hopes for the best. Nice enough teams but never has the killer weapons for D-Mac. This team should have won multiple SBs but their cheap ways have prevented it. We may never win one here as long as this owner is in control.
