Hung Vuong Sports Club - 2009 Vietnamese Soccer Leagues
The 2009 Vietnamese Soccer Leagues has attracted many soccer players and fans, with players ages 4-54 from all over San Diego counties.
The Opening Ceremony on Sunday June 14, 2009 kicked off the three months season for children, teen, and adult with games on Friday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Among boys and girls parents and soccer fans, the Opening Ceremony was honored by the presence of the Vietnamese Federation of San Diego's President, Dr. Dzung Le, MD.
The soccer field location and the Ceremony is taking place at:
Chesterton Elementary School
7335 Wheatley St
San Diego, CA 92111
Our HVSC's goal is to reach across the boundaries of all counties in San Diego and unite the Vietnamese soccer players. We aim to build and rebuild the bonds of the Vietnamese community through sports and organize more special soccer events in the near future.
Here is the tentative schedule for our game's 1st Division (Lượt Đi):
07/26/09: Semi Final
08/02/09: Championship Game
The 2nd Division (Lượt Về) will start again from 08/09/09-09/06/09.
