The lyric acknowledges the guy in the wheelchair as being stiff competition. Anyone taking offence at that is insulting themselves far more than this skit obviously didn't.

@drewchoice think of it like this, a girl that wouldn't have a dude just because he was in a chair isn't the kind of girl you would want anyway. in this song he sounds like he's threatened by the presence of the wheelchair guy , hence deflating his tires and "i knew i had to act fast". and the probability is that someone in a chair is more likely to be doing a laid back activity like reading than fighting a ninja ontop of a moving train.. so that's probably why he was there. nothing intended.
