Train with us as we take you through a quick and easy 3minute arm and shoulder workout to get a nice burn on and sculpt those arms. Try for no break between each exercise, after all 6 have a 2minute break and go again! ;) Hope you like it and thanks for subscribing!!

  • Is it too late for a 37 year old man to lose weight (and change eating habits) and build some muscle? Am I too old? I haven't worked out at all in my past, but I would like to start.

  • @JanErikEdvartsen Not at all! We are planning some fat burning workouts for 30 plus very soon. Yeah you are right a massive amount on losing or gain muscle is down to your diet, but fear not we shall be doing that too :)

  • Hey I'm only 14 and obviously not going to start working out now but I was just wondering what a good age to start working out is because I'm very skinny and I want that to change thanks

  • @DormouseGal No the weights used in the bideo are no where near heavy enough to give you muscular arms. They will tone the arms though so give it a go.

  • Like the alternative suggestions to what you can use if you dont have dumbells at home...found it a great little cardio burst too! :)

  • Just done this 3 times through & added 'girl' press ups to it as well. Now going for a run outside which I've not done it like 6 months!

I have not until now been able to find workout videos like this that aren't to hard, im only 16 and have recently lost 18 kilos only 7 kilos left ! which means a lot of toning to do on my body !Any tips for me on leg toning ? i have a disability and my feet get very sore easily so its not like i can go running and stuff, i have been doing 30 mins on the exercise bike so 10 km as often as possible but i get bored of it !
