I've got a little fella a bit smaler than this one! Everyone calls them a jungle python. It's an Eastern Coastal Python from Australia( found anywhere from QLD to Upper NSW) and this ones a beauty!! Nice Vid Mate

It is amazing how captive jungles and wild jungles differ in coloration. Morelia species are the most amazing snakes in my opinion. Way cooler then Ball pythons.

Thanks very much. I have never seen a Jungle Carpet Python in the wild. I have 5 of these beautiful animals as pets. I didn't realize just how much the yellow had been bred into the captive population. What is Most important is that healthy stable populations can sustain themselves in the wild. Their habitat is shrinking all the time
