@123omgwtfbbqX It means that these non-aligned nations don't have funding sources or the technological sector to develop their resources, so they are forced to make deals with multinationals. Also, the leaders of these nations are often seduced into getting nice fat pay-offs (power, money, sex, suppression of their enemies) and so the money gets funneled off into corrupt channels, with the end result that the corporate/financial services sector gets most of the gravy.

@jsmithr56 You are mistaken to say "The World Bank" is "i.e., the government." The Federal Reserve is mainly run by PRIVATE banking interests. The Federal Reserve was largely created through the Rothschild family, JP morgan, and other bankers. Now, the fed is printing money out of thin air to bailout the very banks that control the fed and it's making us all poorer due to inflation. So in other words, the problem has EVERYTHING to do with corporations!
