The way that y'all hyped Ironman makes me want 2 purchase it. My only question is would eiter of u say that it would be worth picking it up by itself? I'm not really an IM type of guy but the 2 of u painted quite the picture!

When Donald Blake (Thor's former human counterpart) awoke and freed Thor from Limbo, he learned Tony led SHIELD against Captain America and his Rebel Avengers and grew a clone of Thor, which killed a fellow Avenger.

Thor confronted Stark, who wanted Thor to return to the Avengers and subject himself to working for SHIELD, which Thor would have no part of.

When Tony said Thor didn't have a choice in the matter, Thor kicked the shit out of him, and said never to cross his path again.

During Civil War, Tony, Reed Richards and Hank Pym combined their collective knowledge and expertise to create a Clone/Cyborg hybrid of Thor (who was dead at the time) called (by fans) Clor and later, Ragnarok (in Avengers Initative title), as part a Avengers/SHIELD project to litterally create superheroes to help police the country.

But Clor lost control during a battle and killed the rebel superhero Goliath, a longtime friend of Pym, Reed and Tony.

I am so looking forward to World's Most Wanted coming out in the trade, so who from all the writers working at Marvel, who would you feel is the best to write the X-Men, Jose?

I jumped on to Iron Man midway through the Worlds Most Wanted thanks to you guys. Fraction makes it pretty easy to catch up to most of what is going on. Great book! I'm definitely gonna go back and get the back issues at some point. Thank you Jose and Elliot for the great recommendation.

E & J I'll still argue Civil War plus Extremis put Ironman back on the map.

He was damn near a C-lister beforehand
