I get 60fps with a phenom 1075t stock, 4gb ddr3 and a 6970 2gb. I don´t know whats the problem with my pc. all the games run with an average of 60fps, I think that its locked to 60fps. I have never seen more than 60 fps in any of my games.
do anyone know whats my the problem????

@TheDjKatz it's not a problem, it is ment to be this way because the monitor can't show you more than 60 fps so the video card drivers put a 60fps limit, it also helps keep the video card low temprature. You only disable that for benchmarking

@PeteRoy thanks for the answer and how can I disable that?

@TheDjKatz Look for a setting that is called "Vertical Sync" in your display driver, it could have a similar other name.
