I also have a fm pirate radio useing a low 1 watt power exciter going through 2 linear amps with a toatal of 35 watts but the problem is i cant keep the transmitter to stay on frq. It drifts as it gets hot on the exciter i think i need a new exciter or is there away to keep it lock on?

you need a transmitter with a phase-locked loop (pll) system.. that locks the frequency. i had a transmitter like yours one time... there inpossible to wirk wit..
