My son died of SIDS on February 27, 2007. We walked to raise money
for an organization that has supported us since our tragedy. For more
information visit www.tomorrowschildmi.org.

Thank you to Brian who created the music for this video and knew
exactly what I was looking for.

SIDS affects thousands of families each year and doctors still do not
know a cause. Although we took all the precautions given by the Back
to Sleep campaign and we had no risk factors, we still lost Evan. It
is our hope that someday doctors will find a cause and prevention will
be possible.

  • Gawd, Andrea. I've had two miscarriages and those alone were devastating to me. I knew one of them was a girl before you could ever tell. But to lose a 5 month old baby? I cannot imagine what it took you just to get up every morning.

All my love to you and yours.

  • Thank you Sheryl, I'm so sorry for your losses as well. I had to make a decision for my other son that I was still going to be a mommy and breathe in and out each day. I made that decision the moment I knew my other son was gone.

  • that was really sad :(

  • hey

  • That is a heartfelt tribute to your angel baby. My Ashley Dawn has been gone 8 years now. God will never leave us nor forsake us. He is always there beside us to lift us up when we are weak. Thank you for sharing your memories with us, it helps others feel uplifted.

    Hugs:)

  • Thank you so much.

I have even greater respect and admiration for you now. Some people choose the other direction: give up.

Thank you for sharing Evan's life, and yours. I agree wholeheartedly with Cameron. Evan came from God, and the little guy's message is being delivered through you.

  • thank you
