Yeah, I had a 6 hour layover in Heathrow on my way to Berlin where I was meeting my brother. I wanted to make use of that time and found out about these tours. It was pretty safe; it was just me, my tour guide, and the driver. This made it expensive though, since it was just me paying. I didn't have any problems though other than finding the driver at the airport.
