Ernie Schlegel was up to his old tricks in the opening match of the 1996 Rochester Open, where he faced PBA star Norm Duke. Who would win..."fruit salad" or Duuuuuuuuuke? Very entertaining match with two entertaining players. Part 1 of 2.

  • @toddles822 i say we break in there and do some bowling in there ourselves i know the people that own the maple city bowl in here in hornell we could use the oiling machine and i could borrow the mechanic

  • @klehman91 It closed about 3 years ago, I don't know what they're planning on doing with the building, which is still there but boarded up of course.

  • @toddles822 whatever happend to the bowling alley i live in hornell which is about 60 miles south of rochester and i've always wanted to go there but could never find it

  • RIP Marcel's Olympic Lanes.

  • @kboss2011 you say Ernie is kind of a clown...well he is a showman and has lots of gamesmanship....but ask the pro's from New York about Ernie and him pot bowling or bowling for money straight up and they will tell you Ernie is anything but a clown......he is a hard man to beat......if u doubt, ask PBA Hall of Famer Johnny Petraglia, or hear Johnny talk about Ernie.....and no, he is not as good on tour as Norm or Walter.....but he is good and he been around forever.....

  • @buerm009 dumbass

  • Ernie and his wife deserves each other. That's not a compliment!

  • Schelegel is kind of a clown... look at what he did when randy pedersen left the 8 pin in that one match... though pedersen can be kind of a clown too. I think norm duke and walter ray are the classiest bowlers
