its not the sex that makes people straight. its the emotional connection. Sex is heavily related to emotional/mental connection between the 2 individuals.

Proof: some people prefer fat people over skinny ones, and some prefer the other way round.

Sexual orientation is not genetics. Its a very complex psychological issue. You can't really cure/heal it. Some people can switch from gay to straight(vice verse) somewhere in the middle of their lifetime.
