99 Percenters Occupy a Newt Gingrich Fundraiser in Downtown Washington, DC

On Thursday, December 7, a few dozen protesters snuck into a fundraiser for GOP presidential candidate Newt Gingrich. The protesters chanted "We are the 99 percent!" and disrupted the event before being ejected by the Willard hotel's security.

"Would we do this at your event?" Judging by the amount of oppression of free speech Occupy has seen, they have done this to our event multiple times, albeit with a little more pepper spray.

I'm fearful of change. These protesters are disrupting my apathy. I support unlawful detention and limiting voting rights. If you don't support the capitalist system you must be silenced. We need to give more power to those who already have absolute power in this country: the wealthy. If we give our oppressors everything they want, they will share with us, we just need to be patient! Brian Brown of The National Organization for marriage is the "would we do this at your event' guy.

So let me get this straight, he wants to continue to deny the right of same sex couples and claims to be protecting the sanctity of marriage in doing so, yet he supports a thrice married serial adulterer in Newt Gingrich.

You can't even make this stuff up. Good for The Occupy Movement and shame on Mr. Brown for proving what a hypocrite he truly is.

This clip doesn't show it, but in the restrooms at this fundraiser there were poor children wiping things for the rich goNewt folk. And since Gingrinch is opposed to a minimum wage ...the poor kids were paid with nickels, dimes,pennies...change the rich patron partiers threw on the floor while exiting after excreting.
