This was the third time I used this homemade tornado ball made out of a basketball net and a manila rope which encases a medicine ball.

  • stick with paying the extra money for a proper cyclone ball, less risk.. lol.. you also need to learn to grip the rope properly, wrapping it around your hand is not a good idea..

  • @SAMDUSTINBILLY believe that drivel if you like, fact is if you can't grip the rope safely in your hands without wrapping it around, don't perform the movement.
