New Chevrolet Silverado 2011 Driving

At the 2010 Chicago Auto Show, Chevrolet is introducing its 2011 Silverado Heavy-Duty Truck. The Silverado relies on a new, smart exhaust brake system to slow the truck on descents, most notably proven by engineer Brent Deep's tow of a 20,000 lb trailer for 245 miles between Denver, CO and Grand Junction, CO without hardly touching the brakes. Chevrolet has said that the model will go on sale in the summer of 2010.

@vix121 its all good. i wasnt aware of the ecm stuff they offered. i never look into ford offers like that too often. i think chevy mighta had a few different models that had different tunings available but i havent done to much researching other than base power on the trucks. the GM website i looked at was just the GM dot com* website. it had like, a chart of the current power ratios from dodge, chevy and ford. peace

But im sorry man, but when the 2011 superduty came out the new chevy duramax was indeed the more powerfull but ford offered current owners and and all new 2011's with a new flash for the ecm which brough the numbers to 400hp and 800ibs tq. Not sure what chevy site u looked at but please provide a link to back up your claim. U tube won't let me post a link here for some reason but just go to ford.com and check out the spec's for the ford. It's all there
