Stand up to NOM's Shameful Behavior in Minnesota

The National Organization for Marriage is trying to distract your attention in the Minnesota governor's race. They're pretending that if you vote for Tom Emmer, you'll get to vote on marriage -- but that simply isn't true. They're claiming that there are consequences to gay marriage, but they can't name any. And they want us to believe that freedoms are something that are "imposed." Don't fall for it. Don't be intimidated. Don't let them get away with this shameful attempt to turn the ballot into a weapon.

The best way to fight the bigotry of NOM is to support the organizations that are fighting against NOM and other hate groups. You can look up both the Human Rights Campaign and Lambda Legal on Google, and you can go to their websites and lend them support.

Again, Same sex couples do not have a SPECIAL right to redefine what marriage is for everybody else; the " will of the people" have a FUNDAMENTAL right under the tenth amendment to do such a task because we live in a democracy not an aristocracy.
