  • I've spent most of my life making movies without any money and I've seen what people in the same boat have to offer, I've seen a thousand bad shootouts filmed on cheap camera's in someone's garden or kitchen. This however is actually quite brilliant. While obviously rough and cheap, it contains more innovation, invention, style and panache than all these godawful $200.000.000 movies have in their whole running times. Can't buy that.

  • @DjangoMr Thanks for the encouraging words. I really appreciate it. Film making is a growing process and even though I've gotten a lot better since this was shot, I still learn new things every time I pick up a camera. Film making is not a hobby, it's a lifestyle choice. ^_^

  • Basically you need to learn extensively about

choosing a correct portion of image to describe

a message you're trying to deliver. For example

one thing you're able to follow is the POV of

head shots during conversation & half body

shots during gun battles, basically it's not a

bad job done. Anyway switch1386 did you

edit this using Discreet Logic, Sony Vegas

or Premiere Pro? Edit works look fine to me

    anyway.

  • @imprezaver4 I can handle criticism, I value them actually. But anyone can write and pick apart what's wrong with a film. Question is, can you yourself do something like this and much better (since you seem to know so much about film making), I would like to see that.

  • Long haired guy spoke too soft. Use a gun-mike. 0:27 audience view of man in hat was blocked. girl's very stiff. she should've freaked out or some- thing like that when the long haired guy pulled the trigger. 1:19 half body shot badly done. Ever heard of what's Plan Americain shot? 2:35 the guy's too relaxed. Can' t give the shoot out hype feeling to the audience. 5:54 one moment the guy was holding the girl. when he gets shot on the head the gal is a distance away.
  • Great critique. Too bad it doesn't matter and you wasted your time. This was done 3 years ago on a budget of $5. All shot within 5 hours and mostly improvised. Not to mention shot on crappy cameras. So of course theirs going to be some faults here and there.

How bout stop nit picking peoples videos and start making some of your own.
