just like video game ratings. like why the hell is E10+ a rating. That's why the only E rated game are sports games and little big planet

@blowshimselfupdude, Batman Returns was rated PG 13, so how did parents have a right to complain about returns? I've never understood why people consider Returns to be darker then the first one. Joker burns a man to death with a joy buzzered and then talks to his charred remains.

@comedeyzone I can safely say when I was 14 I couldn't stand gore at all in fims (it really made me feel sick) and I didn't grow out of it until I was 15.
Just because you ahve always been able to take horror doesnt mean everyone can and as said in the video everyone is different at that age.

jaws has skinny dippers and people getting torn apart and it had PG, but Spider-Man 2 cant get a PG? Big is PG and it has a kid saying Fuck. But you say 1 fuck now and its instantly PG13 if its not implying to sex. if it does, or its said more than once, its R. WTF?

@edl01reviews I'm 18 now and I can safely say that my tolerance for such material has not changed in the past 6 years

@comedeyzone we have 15s over here in england and there is no problem like that here, over here the rating in G, PG, 12A(Basically PG-12), 15+ and 18+ and 15 year olds are a lot more sensitive then you think due to your mind at that age, I nknow people who can't stand 18 movies but can watch 15s just fine.

@misukiyuki The hunchback of norte dame movie was rated PG here in Australia as there were scenes that were inappropriate for younger children.

@TheFanOfNintendo No. Parents are to blame for Batman Forever and TMNT 2. TMNT 2 is ok not as good as the first one by any stretch but ok. Batman forever on the other hand was far superior to the two previous films (and parents actually had a right to complain about Returns). Batman and Robin is the result of the studio want the most sellable toyetic movie they could have.
