Sinopsis:
Historia de una joven de 19 años (Odette Yustman) que sufre los ataques de un dybbuk, una alma en pena de una persona muerta que ha sido expulsada del cielo. Este dybbuk en particular tendrá la forma de un joven que falleció en Auschwitz. Junto a su novio (Cam Gigandet) y un especialista en temas paranormales (Gary Oldman), todo se unirán para acabar con la maldición que tan malos momentos trae a la joven.
Casey Bell (Odette Yustman) hated her mother for leaving her as a child. But when inexplicable things start to happen, Casey begins to understand why she left. Plagued by merciless dreams and a tortured ghost that haunts her waking hours, she must turn to the only spiritual advisor, Sendak (Gary Oldman), who can make it stop. With Sendak's help, Casey uncovers the source of a family curse dating back to Nazi Germany—a creature with the ability to inhabit anyone or anything that is getting stronger with each possession.
