@kerstmanneke82 I am a HUGE fan of George & his music (sorry about calling you a twit) all I was saying is George wasn't as good as singer or songwriter compared to John & Paul, however, George was an exceptional musician & his contributions on Beatle Albums were as good as the others, even though many didn't meet the cut. All Things Must Pass is one of the greatest albums of all time... I love it!!!

@7colliemac Maybe. I kind of feel sorry for him though cause obviously he really wanted to contribute to the band. Seeing as he was stockpiling his material which were always bypassed by the other two. I think George knew he wouldn't stay with the Beatles forever because if he did it wouldn't allow him to "blossom" and be a better songwriter. So in a way I think it was a good thing for George to leave so he could do what he wanted and begin writing more.
