Im from Ontario. I havnt seen this at all when i put the date in (Novemeber 9th 2pm EAS test) absolutely no news articles come up :/ nothing in canda either and it appears at 2pm on the day..it was a normal TV broadcasting here!..lol

Of course, I have seen the video from the WOWO scare. In fact, WOWO was the one of the few that actually followed through. It was supposed to be a test.

Nice job, I did hear that also. It is weird how much push the news is doing about something to instill fear with the alert following... good ad for the reason to fight again.... Geesh.

@chondram It was supposed to be 30sec, but it was much longer here... probably a full 2 1/2 minutes!
