@3m0ly yes, many people go as beginners as there instructors there offering help to anyone who needs it :)

Not many people there... when did you go, there were like 80 when i went...

ill tell you all th details:

12-2 on a sunday, its six pounds to get in.

anybody can go, there is no age limit.

you stretch and kick with airbourne pro's for about 25 minutes, then you get to do whatever you want to do for the remaining time.

if you want to get the train you get off at lime street station.

the gym is called lifestyles.

there are many things to do, including 4 trampolines, one of which is set in the floor, also 2 huge foam pitts, a tricking square and alot more
