Sulak Sivaraksa at the Garrison Institute's Satyagraha Event

Sulak Sivaraksa discusses the teachings of Mahatma Ghandi, highlighting his search for truth and the application of his teachings to problems in the age of climate change. Sivaraksa critiques compartmentalized forms of knowledge and intellectual traditions as being the source of destructive ideas of egoism and individuality. Sivaraksa calls for a restructuring of consciousness with the goal of replacing feelings of greed, hatred and separation with those of generosity, love and interconnectedness.
