The ISS is finally complete and more importantly should be available for a wide variety of users at least though 2020. This panel will discuss the exciting capabilities and future potential of this orbiting wonder.

According to the ISS wiki, they plan to stop the program in 2020. Then they should attach a superstructure, nuclear reactors, VASIMR engines and an EM shield, build a ship out of it capable of interplanetary travel and back.
