It's at the end of the dungeon. Once you get to the top of the mountain you'll see a dragon swoop down. If you have kill the guy who wanted you to get rid of the ashes and looted his body you should of gotten a horn. If you blow the horn you'll be able to fight the dragon (ITS HARD!!!!!!!!!!!). Anyway,s once you reach the end of the mountain you'll go into a place called The Gauntlet and you go through a series of tests. After that there's the urn!
