  • @ghettogucker Yeah, and there's 5 year old Chinese girls that can do 50 pull-ups, so I guess pull-ups are lame as well, because clearly if a 5 year old Chinese girl can do 50, then an adult male could do like 5000 pull-ups without stopping. Your logic is flawless!

  • @BasketballManiac57 This actually is a challenging exercise, because not many people give their shoulder girdle the attention it need. Lot of muscle-bound guys with weak shoulders This could really help prevent shoulder injuries.

  • This exercise is for M. Serratus anterior to help keep the scapula against thorax. Patients with wing scapula often gets this exercise to help them activate the muscle.

  • @Bjarmi92 It's not for muscle mass... is for joints

  • this builds up the traps .. if u add some weight u can quickly build some muscle in the upper back
