  • good routine! can you do more vids with other body parts. EX) chest day, Arms, Back day......

  • Must take care of your lower back mate !!! I THINK IT WOULD BE A LOT BETTER IF THE SAME WORKOUT WAS NICE AND EASY ( without sudden jerks), slow movement will make it more intense and safe.!! cheers.
