The speed is normal, read up on what hyperspeed does maybe? (It's not considered a cheat, and it's even moved from "cheats" to "Extra" in GH5 for example..)

DAmn that was nice! How do you get all the notes on that really fast part with the scales going back and forth?

I guess you mean the part before the triplets? (late response, I know) It's not hard at all, mainly because there is no need to move your hand, so you basicly just slide your fingers across it all.. On the triplets I find it easiest to just keep the leftmost button down at all times (green then red) and just tap the rest. You can do it both one and two-handed, either way works
