Steven my only advice to you is slow it down and let us hear what your really playing! It"s clear to hear and see you have the tools (your hands) as the great Alex Duthart used to say. When you're playing solo or with a piper, don't forget the musicality. Otherwise it's not that enjoyable to listen to, at the end of the day it's about entertaining your audience. Don't you agree?
2:52 to when he drops the stick is called 'the spida toss' and was written by the famous 'scojo' who is drumming instructor for the blue devils. I do feel that pipe band drummers play the same stuff, Kilpatricks and Dutharts salute being the favs which is fair enough as it's above world class rudimental drumming. I just think some origionality need to spread about a bit.
