The Faces of Lupus

Over 1 Million Americans have been diagnosed with Lupus, an autoimmune disease which attacks the body's own healthy organs. There is no known cure. This video tells the story of people living with the disease, and the challenges they face, along with their families. It was produced by the Alliance for Lupus Research (ALR), a national voluntary health organization dedicated to the treatment, prevention, and cure of Lupus. Their website can be found at http://www.lupusresearch.org. ALR was founded in 1999, and is chaired by Robert Wood Johnson IV, a member of the founding family of Johnson & Johnson.
