  • i wish my parents couldve watched this..

  • These guys act like gangsters themselves

  • @Arwen777Gods, believe what you want. First of all, who do you refer to as "you people"? I'm not part of UP. Secondly, just because you know someone who dated someone from UP, that doesn't mean that the person is a reflection of what UP is all about. UP exists to address a particular need in society. One can't expect an org like UP to be the only solution. I think Rudy, who founded UP, did the best he knows how to contribute to change things. I suggest you express yourself to UP.

  • Those facts at the beginning are a damn shame.

  • @apollocv I think my opinions will always be my opinions, I strongly stand by my belifes. I know someone who personally dated someone in this organization and the thug choose a street rat from oakland over her and physically abused her, am I suppose to say you people are more intelligent than me because even if you run this so called UP some of you people are still messed up individuals who think because you run an organization it could be some kind of excuse to go about your thug ways.

  • @hawaiiankillahulua and @Aguila701: I see @Aguila701's point that the government is already paying so much to keep them in jail and there are better ways to rehabilitate prisoners that will also be cheaper. However, @hawaiiankillahulua, I don't see it as a reward for crime but as an opportunity to give tools to get away from a culture of crime. After all, the point of rehab is to remould them and not to get back into crime. The current system doesn't work.

  • @TheFlutevisions Great suggestions! Parent involvement is definitely important. Or a very supportive network if parents don't exist.
