Summoned to an inheritance dispute in the town of St. Mystere, Professor Hershel Layton and his apprentice Luke find themselves caught up in the search for the mysterious "Golden Apple".

But what is the Golden Apple? Is it an antique, a precious gem or something more? Does it even exist?

On their journey to find the truth, Layton and Luke will have to solve puzzles, communicate with the locals and pursue leads to reach their goal.

One thing's for sure, though. The secret of the Golden Apple isn't the only thing hiding in St. Mystere...

Funnily enough, I've only played the American versions of the two Layton games, and found the voices to be fine.

Anyway, this game really is something, very interesting. It's no wonder LittleKuriboh likes it so much.

It gets better as it goes on, it's a rather slow part of the game at the moment (especially chapter 2, as you'll see).

Still, Luke seems too posh for his own good here. XD
