    probably not. look at the onslaught that is his ability, creativity, and unmatched funk (freedom of movement to do anything at any time, purely). it is total freedom of expression (and you could call it "command", but that is misleading, as that implies a mental, conscious grasping and oversight, which is the very antithesis of pure, spontaneous improvisation, creativity, and genius of any kind). there are certain characteristics and abilities that simply are racial. that is just a fact
