The Jacobites should have kept going when they inavded england.. After getting as far as Derby,, they had london shitting its self... Instead of turning back north they should have went for London.. Why were the Scots hated so? No matter the original cause, Jacobites, the French, the Highlanders... the clans were destroyed afterwards. The punishments for wearing kilts was severe, no?

My Clan(Spalding) followed the Jacobite cause, lost its lands, and dispersed to Germany, Sweden, Jamaica, Liverpool, Virginia and Georgia.

@Fearghas999 I wouldn't even say it was Highlanders (with support) against Lowlanders/English - I guess it was more of Jacobites with their supporters against the Government + supporters
