Recipe:
Grilled Buffalo Filet Mignon and Thyme
hCG Meal
3.5 oz. buffalo or grass fed filet mignon
1 large ripe tomato
Thyme
Kosher salt
Black pepper
500 Calories Meal for 1200 calories diet
6 oz. filet mignon
1 large ripe tomato
Fresh basil
1 cleaned cob of corn
1 can of chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
2 oz. parmesan cheese
Green Valley Spa's garlic herb seasoning
Technique:
-At least 30 minutes before grilling steaks, marinade filet in 1 can of chipotle in adobo and 3 cans of water.
-Blanch corn in hot water for 8 minutes and set aside.
-Spray grill with pan spray, grill thickly sliced tomatoes, place on platter and sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper and fresh basil.
-Grill your steaks to your liking and grill your corn until the kernels are grill marked. When your corn is off the grill, sprinkle with some of our garlic herb seasoning and a small amount of parmesan cheese.
