no, that was a different video...quite similar though.
The KH video had Naomi Campbell in it as a maid and a cameo of Boy George. It was shot in a hotel. Also the son was not included in that video, but a DJ Mix of Jeremy Healy.
This video here was shot in Boy Georges Hampstead Mansion. The reason KH did her video was the Gulf War of 1991, she did it because she thought that buyers wouldn't attend the shows in Paris because of the war.

This video was also used to show case Katherin Hamnett's 1991 spring summer collection as buyers and fashion editors though London Fashion week was a joke and stayed away. She used the video and song to get publicity
