  • I saw her at Turner Hall Ballroom with Present Music. I met her and she is truly amazing.

  • Amy is performing at my home in Oakland this Saturday, along with a 5 course gourmet vegetarian meal. So looking forward to having her back on the series!!

  • Amy is one of the most talented people I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. (No , alas, not a friend, relative, student, co-musician, anything like that). Just somehow years ago I saw her perform in Berkeley as part of a group concert and she BLEW me away . And I have been to see her a handful of times since. Should see her much more often. Every time I walk out of a perforamnce by her I feel so incredibly uncreative and that I have been in the prsence of genius.

  • I had the pleasure of attending a party under an overpass in San Francisco where Amy X Neuberg and Men played. She said it was the first time she had ever had the police shut her down, and she was quite proud of it.

  • @aparutus There was all kinds of stuff in there!!

  • @timetocomeup yep, same book than, there were nice Tomas Dolby mobile phone melodies as well )

  • @aparutus Audio engineering, but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me. Probably something to do with computer music.

  • @timetocomeup was it sound engineering or film music book? kinda blue one? :)

  • This artist is so dope 2 me....discovered her many years ago in the back of a book I got from the local Library(the book had a dvd with it), been hooked ever since. I'm a fan man. The vocal range is crazy and that's the substance, but the creativity is what really pulls me in, it's intoxicating to me....& I get it---at least I think I get it LOL...whatever... I need to get out to San Fran & see this live.

  • I'm just back from hearing Amy X live and plugged in, onstage in Walla Walla.

She's exciting and terrific and inspiring. Loop that.
