When I try opening it the team fortress 2 content GCF it says its corrupt

The Left 4 Dead 2 files don't work for me they come up in a weird transparent writting and refuse to download.

guest what? I CAN JUST GO ON YOUTUBE AND SEARCH "TF2 Heavy sounds" and use youtube downloader to get the file!

@coolroblox09 I guess you can do that if you want compressed, lower quality sound clips, that you will then have to break up yourself. And good luck finding all the weapon, Foley sound effects, and music for all your Valve games on Youtube. I find a neatly pre-organized folder system containing all sound files more effective ;)

@PsycoRevolution Hey I have a problem, when I try toopen the team fortress content file it says it can't access the file because it is being used by another process and I have no idea a what to do (For I am really stupid) and was wondering if you know what to do

@emaster1001 Close any other programs you may have running, and also make sure you exit Steam so it isn't running. Do all that and there should be no reason for it to not work.
