As an adult medical practitioner diagnosed with ADHD at age 47 I have to say thankyou for your book. It is the most useful guide to management of ADHD that I have found- and highlights so many of the critical issues that we face, and intelligent ways to resolve them. I think I limit myself to what I can or can't do...if I tell myself that I can do something but and learn that I actually can't, I'll feel like I'm failure

Jennifer thank you for educating people about adult ADD! Your website has been so helpful! I have always wished there was a way to describe or explain myself to others in a way that they could understand. Now I can. I have not been diagnosed but I know I am ADD! I know people think I am a scatterbrain and irresponsible and have spent most my life faking it or hiding it, pushing the deadlines on everything!!! I have ordered your book and can't wait to get it in the mail!! Thank you!
