One thing I left out of the video that is VERY important, always, always use sunscreen on your face, neck, chest area and ears. You don't want "leather" looking ears holding your earrings, they're skin too, put lotion on them as well after you put your vitamin c on. Use sunscreen even if you're not going outside, the rays come through the windows. I use Neutrogena Ultra Sheer 100, I have used Neutrogena for years, it gives me no problems, but use what works for you. I have never had any professional work done on my face, no facelift, no laser treatments, no facials, no dermabrasion, nothing, it's all me :) I'll be making another video this week, a little more about skin care, but mostly about diet and how it affected my appearance. Wear those sunglasses EVERY TIME you're going to go outside, I have done that for 41 years. Make sure they keep out both UVA and UVB rays. The reason I make my own vitamin c lotion is because, a company can put a couple of drops of vitamin c in a lotion and call it, vitamin c lotion, and with small amounts, it will do nothing for your skin. The amount I use has made a HUGE difference in my skin, even slowly fading my pregnancy mask. It also clears up pimples really well, without dangerous chemicals. Ever notice how celebrities who have access to the most expensive stuff and treatments, get special facials, etc., really age quickly? The less you do to your face, the better. I'm not one of those women who care about big name products, using them doesn't define who I am, I've tried them and they don't work, I only care about what actually works. I have 5 kids aged 36 down to 20. Watch this video link when you're feeling down about your appearance or anything else in life, if this little guy can find joy, we can too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfyF6G_UhR0

  • Just want to say thanx for the great tips & I hope I look as fabulous when I reach your age. I have purchased the vitamin C & have started using the serum as of yesterday. I just wanted your thoughts on the type of Vit C powder I have purchased. The package says Vitamin C 100 %sodium ascorbate crystalline powder non acidic. Just a bit concerned about the fact that it states non acidic. Will this still be effective? This is the only one available.

  • @superspooky2010 It will be just as good, just more gentle. I hope you love the benefits the way I do :)

  • hi,great tip about the vitamin c! Can you please tell me if you use moisturizer over the neutrogena sunblock? Thank you

  • @cherry93573 Hi there. I go by how my skin feels on any given day. If it feels oilier than usual, I just use the sunblock, but if it feels normal or dry, I put the sunblock on first, then the moisturizer. And you are so welcome!

  • Im sorry to bother you again, but im really into this! So, you put the lotion on ur whole body(vitC+vaseline), and the vitamine c in water for the face+ears only followed by the hand cream, again on face and neck, correct? I also wonder what you mean by purified water, is that also something to buy at health food store to put in a dark container? And do you use it 4 days in a row in 1 week or some days skipped? Thnx so much.

  • @ExitiumD Hi. Correct on the usage and I get the water at a health food store and fill a big 5 gallon bottle that I take home to drink and use. I use the C on alternate days, just continuing alternating. You will be very happy if you follow this routine faithfully. Hope that helps:)

  • @mychanellife I take a multivitamin with minerals and vitamin c. I use the mesh pads every night with baby bath, they really get the day's grime off without tearing up your skin, in the morning I just use a wash towel. Thanks for the compliment, I really appreciate it!,

  • @mychanellife Hi. I only use it at night. The C can make your skin more sensitive to light, plus your skin does all it's repair at night. You are so welcome1

  • @miss99sexy Thanks so much, I hope you try and enjoy them :)

  • @dawnten Awww, thanks so very much. Taking care of your skin makes YOU feel good, and that's the most important person to make feel good :)

  • @ELFKIN100 Thanks so much!
