Mr. X - Elite Beat Agents 'Secret' Character

It seems he's only available in single-cart multiplayer after you complete Hard mode. I'm not 100% sure about that, though.

Excuse the all-around shittiness of this video - I edited out all the cutscenes since nothing happens on the bottom screen during them, and I'm actually missing notes on an Easy song since I'm simultaneously using one hand to hold the camera and trying to play softly enough to not knock the DS down.
