They take barbecues very seriously in America. There's a circuit of hard fought, officially sanctioned competitions around the country and the biggest of them all is the Jack Daniels Invitational, held in the home of Jack Daniels Whisky, Lynchburg Tennessee.
Competitors flock there from around the country and around the world. The competition is hot and very serious.
