In this video, the invisible shield is shown being taken off an iPod Touch. I have seen several videos claiming that this will ruin the touch-screen capabilities, but it clearly does NOT.

  • so, no damage? not even a scratch?

    guessing its not reusable.

  • No damage at all. The ipod was in immaculate condition after using the invisible shield. I highly recommend it, however the shield CAN be messed up under extreme conditions. Not a big deal though because Zagg will send you another one free of charge if you damage yours.

  • hahahahahhahahaha duh its supposed to be hard to come off and what the hell could the shield do to the ipod suddenly kill it as its coming offf ahahahah think first

  • Many people claimed it ruined the responsiveness of the touch screen.

  • why shouldn't it work without the invisible shield ?? i dont really get the point...

  • Many people claim that when the invisibleshield is removed, it pulls so hard on the touch screen that it becomes unresponsive and utterly useless.

  • Wow 20$ in the garbage! I have invisible shield on my Ipod touch and it is great!

  • @First5Lady5Dipset5 Because it yellows after time. Though I still recommend a Zagg shield, at least on sides and back. Also of note, on my iPhone 3G, I think removing the shield off the screen slightly jostled the seal and allowed dust to enter under the screen.
