I am Getting Baptized as an Adult!

I have been on a journey back to my Father's divine house. I have come a long way and now the time has come...I am getting baptized as an adult. As an adult I have a full understanding and acceptance of the meaning of getting baptized. I will take the plunge, buring my old life and emerge anew

@mikeyhendrix You are so welcome. Yes, you need to take the step to get baptized, pray about it and don't delay. Paul speaking through the inspiration of God tells us we must repent and be Baptized, Acts 2:38 Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. @mikeyhendrix I am so happy for you. A lot people think the baptism is the beginning or the first step, but it actually is a symbolic expression of a journey you've already started and have progressed in. Thank you for sharing and God bless you and your friend also.

Thank you for sharing your video. I am getting Baptised soon. You've given me some good thoughts for reflection. It would be great to get some advice and guidance. Just listen to people's stories. I do feel pretty much on my own but the people at the church i go to are being very good and they are becoming a family to me. God bless you all.

@zonetwin Thanks for sharing your testimony and yes, God is good. I grew up in a pentecostal church and didn't feel that I really learned the Word. I also was in search and helped by finding a bible based teaching church that helped me learn how to read the Bible and how to pray and build a relationship with God. I am so blessed with a peace that through the bad times is still there, I never had this peace and it's based in my faith.
